The latest Canyon Ultimate was released towards the end of 2022 and since then, Sam Gupta has been riding it for a number of months to bring you a long term review. After a lot of miles covered, both indoors and out, on varying parcours and in a myriad of conditions, he's managed to get a very good understanding of what the bike is all about.
